Shipping Delays
At Stash Tea, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Standard delivery is shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
Due to high package volume with UPS and USPS, as well as the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, some processing and delivery delays may occur. All postal services are experiencing a significant increase in demand as they continue to navigate the ever-changing challenges and restrictions at hand. As a result, we are at times seeing some delays in order arrivals, particularly those that are being shipped through customs to Canada.
We have updated our shipping time frames to reflect the average delivery times we are seeing on orders at this time, but are unable to guarantee a set deliver-by date at this time. We encourage you to reach out to the postal service with your order’s tracking information for any questions, concerns, or alternate plans regarding your order’s delivery.
If you currently have an order placed with us and it seems like things are taking a little longer to get to you, please bear with us. We assure you that our team is working as quickly as possible to get your orders packaged and placed in the hands of our trusty postal service workers, who are working even harder to get your packages to you! U.S. Standard Shipping
Orders usually ship within 3-6 business days.

U.S. Expedited Shipping
Due to ongoing shipping delays as a result of high package volumes with carriers and ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are unable to guarantee a delivery-by date for expedited orders. In order to provide the best service possible, we have temporarily discontinued expedited shipping until we are unable to guarantee your order’s arrival within the promised time frame.
Canada Shipping and Handling

In addition to a significant increase in demand for postal carrier services, and a decrease in staffing, shipments to Canada are experiencing significant delays as they are processed through customs. As a result, we are seeing some delays in the arrivals of those orders, at this time.
We ask that you direct any questions, concerns, or alternate plans regarding your order’s delivery to the postal service handling your delivery.
If the postal service can confirm that they have lost or have deemed your package undeliverable, we will be happy to process a refund or issue a reshipment. However, due to the anticipation of significant delays, we are unable to provide any other courtesy compensations at this time.

Orders Outside the U.S. and Canada
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the US and Canada through stashtea.com. Our international team is here to help you find your favorite tea! Please email your request to support@stashtea.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
