{"id":4074,"date":"2025-07-16T10:22:21","date_gmt":"2025-07-16T03:22:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnst.vn\/returns-exchanges\/"},"modified":"2025-08-04T08:14:19","modified_gmt":"2025-08-04T01:14:19","slug":"returns-exchanges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnst.vn\/en\/returns-exchanges\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns &amp; Exchanges"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To protect consumer rights and provide a secure shopping experience, New North South Tea Corporation Limited (NNST) is committed to supporting product returns and exchanges in eligible cases under the following policy:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conditions for Return &amp; Exchange<\/strong><br\/>To qualify for return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product remains intact and unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging, labels are not torn\/ dented due to errors from customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unboxing photos or videos are submitted for verification (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cases apply for Return\/ Exchange<\/strong><br\/>Customers may request a return or exchange in the following situations:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product defects caused by manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The packaging is severely damaged during shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrong product delivered, incorrect specifications, or missing items compared to the confirmed order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cases do not apply for Return\/ Exchange<\/strong><br\/>We regret declining requests in the following cases:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Failure to provide unboxing photos or videos to verify missing, wrong, or defective items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products from promotional programs that are non-returnable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer changes their mind without any product defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Time to receive the request<\/strong><br\/>Return\/exchange requests must be submitted within 3 working days from the date of delivery (update from the shipping unit)<br\/>After this period, NNST regrets that we cannot support the return\/ exchange of your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return\/Exchange Costs<\/strong><br\/>New North South Tea covers all costs for return or exchange orders if the issue is due to the manufacturer&#8217;s fault or shipping damage.
