Orders are processed during working hours from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Delivery times depend on the recipient’s location and the logistics provider.
We encourage customers to record a video when unboxing the package for claim purposes if any issues arise.
Product returns/exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
