Returns & Exchanges

To protect consumer rights and provide a secure shopping experience, New North South Tea Corporation Limited (NNST) is committed to supporting product returns and exchanges in eligible cases under the following policy:

  1. Conditions for Return & Exchange
    To qualify for return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
  • Product remains intact and unused
  • Packaging, labels are not torn/ dented due to errors from customers
  • Valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
  • Unboxing photos or videos are submitted for verification (if applicable)
  1. Cases apply for Return/ Exchange
    Customers may request a return or exchange in the following situations:
  • Product defects caused by manufacturing
  • The packaging is severely damaged during shipping
  • Wrong product delivered, incorrect specifications, or missing items compared to the confirmed order
  1. Cases do not apply for Return/ Exchange
    We regret declining requests in the following cases:
  • Failure to provide unboxing photos or videos to verify missing, wrong, or defective items.
  • The product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.
  • Products from promotional programs that are non-returnable.
  • The customer changes their mind without any product defect.
  1. Time to receive the request
    Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 3 working days from the date of delivery (update from the shipping unit)
    After this period, NNST regrets that we cannot support the return/ exchange of your order.
  2. Return/Exchange Costs
    New North South Tea covers all costs for return or exchange orders if the issue is due to the manufacturer’s fault or shipping damage. However, if the request is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered or personal reasons), the customer will be responsible for both shipping costs.

    Please provide: unboxing photos or videos, order information for verification
    Once the issue is validated, NNST will proceed with replacing the product or sending any missing items.
