Preliminary stage of processing ingredients and steeping tea
Wash the fruits and soak them in diluted salt water. Peel and slice into bite-sized pieces. Note: After slicing apples, soak them in ice water with a little sugar to prevent browning.
Prepare 500ml of boiling water that has cooled to about 85 degrees Celsius to steep the tea, which will retain the aroma and prevent the tea from becoming bitter. Add 10 grams of black tea, 500ml of hot water, 1 gram of rosemary, 1 gram of dried stevia, and 1 gram of cinnamon sticks to the teapot and steep for about 15-20 minutes. Then, strain the herbal tea essence and let it cool.
